Purpose:
The Armacon Hort handguard is a 250 mm extended model designed for AK-style rifles and carbines, including civilian variants. It improves ergonomics, provides extended mounting space for tactical accessories, and is easy to install. Its minimalistic and practical design makes it ideal for professional and recreational shooters alike.

• Equipped with 21 M-LOK slots for accessories and rails
• Maintains free-floating barrel with clamp-based fixation
• Designed for improved heat dispersion toward the receiver

• Dedicated slot allows retention of original sling hardware
• QD sling swivel slots on both right and left sides
• Designed for barrels with 17.2 mm diameter (minor sanding required for 17.4 mm barrels)
• Compatible with: AKMS, AKM, AK-74M, AK-74, AK-101, AK-103, Saiga MK (5.45x39, 7.62x39, .223), VPO-133, VPO-136, VPO-209
• Not compatible with Ultimak gas tubes and cleaning rods

Installation:
Remove the original handguard, install the locking sleeve into the new forend, then mount it on the rifle. For best results, treat all screws with a thread locker. Installation is simple and does not require special tools.
