In short: the Stich Profi 60404 is a pull-over anorak in windproof, water-repellent breathable shell fabric, cut to go over two to four layers without binding at the shoulders.
Overview
The anorak is the outer layer of a layering system, and it is judged on two things: whether wind gets through it and whether you can move in it. The shell is 100% polyester - strong, wrinkle-resistant and quick-drying - and the cut is straight through the body with a complex-cut sleeve, so raising your arms does not lift the hem.
The hood is deep and draws in on two planes, which is what lets it turn with your head instead of blocking your view. The centre zip is non-separating with a storm flap over the top of it, the back is cut longer than the front, and the hem and cuffs draw in with elastic so the wind has nowhere to enter.
