Compared to traditional (leather, synthetic) fixed-length pistol trainers, the twisted spring-type pistol cord is as compact as possible: in the position " weapon in a holster "its length does not exceed 12 cm. The small size of the cord, firstly, makes it difficult to grab it in order to take possession of the weapon by someone else, and secondly, minimize the likelihood of accidental hooks on external objects during any type of movement. In addition, the round section and the elasticity of the material do not allow the cord to catch on to the elements of your own equipment when the pistol is urgently removed: a smooth plastic spiral easily “rolls off” any ammunition protrusions.
