Sport-4S Kit by Zenitco

Sport-4S Kit by Zenitco is a high-performance modular handguard system designed for installation on AK-based rifles with long barrels (415 mm), such as AKM, AK-74, AK-103, Saiga MK, Vepr-K, and other compatible models.

The kit replaces the standard factory handguard and provides a solid mounting base with Basis rails on three sides, allowing direct attachment of accessories including: B-2, B-2L, B-2U Picatinny rails; A-1L sling mounts; RL-1 stoppers; RK-series grips; NPN-2 rail covers; FP-3 wire holders; and KV-D series tactical switches.

It is a CNC-milled upgrade made of durable D16T aluminum alloy, available in black or desert finish, and ensures rigidity and precision for mounted optics and other devices.

Compatible with: AKM, AKMS, AK-74, AK-74M, AK-101, AK-103, Saiga MK 223 Rem, Saiga MK 7.62 is.30, Saiga MK 5.45 isp.30, TG-2, Vepr-K (VPO-133), Vepr-KM (VPO-136), VPO-209, AK-366-Lancaster.

Not compatible with short-barrel AK models (314–350 mm). For those, use the Sport-1 kit.

Installation Instructions:

1. Ensure the weapon is unloaded and remove the magazine.
2. Disassemble the rifle and remove the standard handguard and gas tube cover.
3. Install the B-10LS rail in place of the lower handguard according to its manual.
4. Install the B-31LV upper rail over the gas tube using M5x7 screws.
5. Attach the DL-2S rail using M5x7 screws.
6. For extra rigidity, use the mounting plate (Sport-4S side bar) to connect B-10LS and DL-2S using the M5x9 screw.
7. Install the cam clamp, Leader hand stopper, and Picatinny fork as per the manuals.

Note: The rigidity of the Sport-4S system ensures secure mounting of optics and accessories, improving stability and shot accuracy.
