A characteristic feature of the pouch is the presence of an external open pocket for a tourniquet-type tourniquet, as well as a rear compartment for atraumatic scissors with additional fixation of the scissors using a segment made of synthetic sling and metal buttons.

The pouch is designed to be used as part of a wide variety of equipment sets - both the first and second line. At the same time, it is possible to use the pouch on the equipment of the third line. The pouch is well suited for both civilian and military special applications.
