Turnstile tourniquet Stich Profi Boa constrictor

Purpose:

Providing first aid for wounds and injuries with open bleeding.
Used to temporarily stop bleeding from the upper and lower extremities.

Features:

- The tourniquet is equipped with a holder MOLLE, which allows you to fix it on any platform - plate, chestrig, belt.
- A sling inside the belt tightens the tourniquet along its entire length, allowing you to block the blood flow with an even distribution of pressure around the entire circumference, easing the load on the skin and muscles, preventing pressure points that lead to injuries.
- Velcro is located along the entire length of the belt, allowing it to be used on the limbs over winter clothes.
- The collar is made of frost-resistant durable plastic.
- The tourniquet can be used with either hand - the collar is fixed on either side.
- Can be used with one hand.
- The retainer is equipped with a patch to indicate the time of suturing.

Instructions for use:

1. Insert the injured limb into the tourniquet loop. The overlay should be higher than the wound and closer to the torso, not the end of the limb.
2. Pull the strap through the 3-slot, tightening the tourniquet tightly on the limbs. Wrap the remaining length of the strap around the limb.
3. Start twisting the knob until the bleeding stops.
4. Insert the end of the collar into the C-lock and secure it with a patch lock (white with application time)
5. Check that the turnstile is tight and that fingers cannot get under it.
6. Place the fixative patch over the belt, indicate the application time.
7. Keep an eye on the wounded, if bleeding resumes, reapply the tourniquet.
