Kit of Hort Forend for AKSU 120 mm by Armacon

Purpose:
The Hort tubular forend is designed for AKS-74U assault rifles and civilian carbines based on this platform. Its structure includes a split barrel clamp mounted in the receiver and an aluminum forend casing with M-LOK slots positioned at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. The casing is secured using steel bolts to ensure rigidity and stability during use. This forend allows for the attachment of tactical grips, laser designators, and lighting devices, including those operating in the infrared spectrum. Two QD sling swivel slots are located on the sides at the base. Please note: use of Chinese-made QD swivels is not recommended due to non-conformity with proper sizing. This forend is incompatible with newer civilian carbines such as AKSU from KK or Molot-Oruzhie.

Technical specifications:
The handguard is made of aluminum alloy by milling and is finished with a durable anodizing treatment.

Installation:
The handguard is very easy to install. Simply remove the old handguard, take out the locking sleeve from the new one, install it in the receiver, and mount the Hort on the carbine. It is recommended to treat all bolted connections with a thread locker.
